Public Works Restriction & Closure Notices

REDUCTION IN WATER PRESSURE NOTICE

The City of Farmington will be replacing a water valve at the 2C water tank, located at 499 McDonald Road. Work is scheduled to begin Sunday, August 19, 2018 through Monday, August 20, 2018. During this time the water pressure will be reduced to homes and businesses in Zone 2, which includes Butler Avenue to Auburn Avenue, as well as Navajo Street to Broadway Avenue.

While every effort will be made to complete the repairs within this timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may require a longer time of reduced pressure. If the service disruption will last significantly longer than anticipated, we will provide additional updates.

You can also call Jacobs, the company that operates and maintains the water system for the City, at (505) 326-1918 for additional information or any questions.
